CreateBill.online is a user-directed receipt and invoice template creation tool. The Service helps users create custom document layouts for lawful business records, personal organization, design mockups, educational examples, creative projects, and internal documentation.

The Service is not an official receipt issuer, tax filing service, accounting firm, payment processor, bank, government service, or document verification service. We do not verify, authenticate, endorse, or certify any document generated by users.

You may use the Service only for lawful, honest, and legitimate purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that any document you create is accurate, lawful, and used only in a permitted manner.

CreateBill.online is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected to any third-party brand, merchant, platform, or organization unless we state this expressly in writing.

You may not upload, enter, copy, display, or use any third-party brand name, logo, trademark, trade dress, receipt format, or other protected material unless you have the legal right or permission to do so.

Any template, layout, field, example, or category made available through the Service is provided for lawful customization and design purposes only. It must not be used to make a document appear to be an official receipt, invoice, or record from a third-party brand or merchant when it is not.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your intellectual property rights, contact us at support@createbill.com with details of the alleged infringement.

"User Content" means any information, text, names, addresses, logos, images, amounts, dates, tax details, item details, payment details, notes, or other materials you enter, upload, create, or generate using the Service.

You retain ownership of your User Content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, display, format, generate, store, transmit, and otherwise use your User Content only as necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Service.

Generated documents are created automatically based on user input. We do not review every document, verify transaction details, confirm merchant relationships, or determine whether a generated document will be accepted by any person, business, authority, payment provider, employer, financial institution, or third party.

You should carefully review all documents before downloading, sharing, printing, submitting, or relying on them. You are solely responsible for maintaining your own records and backups.

The Service is a template and document formatting tool only. We do not provide legal, tax, financial, accounting, compliance, or professional advice.

If you need advice about invoices, receipts, taxes, business records, reimbursements, financial reporting, compliance, or legal obligations, you should consult a qualified professional.

If the Service offers accounts, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or security issue.

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for the Service, or appear to be involved in misuse, fraud, excessive disputes, or unlawful activity.

Some features may be free, while others may require a paid plan, subscription, one-time purchase, credits, or other fees. Pricing, included features, billing frequency, and renewal terms will be shown at checkout or on the pricing page.

By purchasing a paid feature or plan, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and recurring subscription amounts using your selected payment method.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers such as Razorpay and/or other approved payment providers. We do not store complete card details unless expressly stated and permitted by applicable payment security rules.

You must not use stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment methods. We may cancel orders, suspend accounts, or report transactions that appear suspicious, unauthorized, disputed, or unlawful.

You may cancel a subscription according to the cancellation instructions provided in your account or on the Service. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund fees already paid.

Because the Service provides digital tools and instant access, paid fees are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy. If you experience a technical issue with a paid feature, contact us at support@createbill.com.

We may update, modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device, browser, template, or use case.

We may retain account data, billing records, usage logs, generated documents, support messages, and security records for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce these Terms, prevent fraud, and maintain security.

If the Service offers temporary or browser-based generation, some data may be stored only locally on your device or for a limited time. The applicable storage details are described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service, including our website design, software, templates, text, graphics, features, workflows, brand elements, and other content, is owned by or licensed to CreateBill.online and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended lawful purposes. You may not copy, resell, reproduce, modify, scrape, reverse engineer, exploit, or interfere with the Service except as permitted by law or expressly authorized by us.

We do not guarantee that generated documents will be accurate, accepted, compliant, authentic, valid, legally sufficient, or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreateBill.online, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, goodwill, or legal standing arising from or related to your use or misuse of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the three months before the claim arose, or INR 5,000, whichever is greater.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CreateBill.online, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, penalties, fines, investigations, chargebacks, disputes, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to your User Content, your generated documents, your use or misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your violation of third-party rights.

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services, including payment processors, analytics providers, hosting providers, authentication providers, storage providers, and support tools. We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, policies, or practices.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction over disputes, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
