This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made on createbill.online, operated as CreateBill.online ("we", "our", or "us").
Important: Strict No-Refund Policy. All payments are final and non-refundable.
CreateBill.online provides digital tools for creating receipt, invoice, bill, estimate, and document templates. Access to paid features may be delivered instantly after payment.
All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Because our Service provides digital access, templates, downloads, credits, or other immediately available digital features, we do not offer refunds once a purchase, subscription, credit pack, or paid feature has been activated or used.
If subscriptions are offered, you may cancel your subscription before the next renewal date according to the cancellation instructions provided in your account or by contacting support@createbill.com.
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund charges already paid for the current billing period.
If you believe you were charged twice, charged incorrectly, or charged for a failed transaction, contact us at support@createbill.com with your payment details, transaction ID, email address, and date of payment. We will review the issue and assist according to payment processor records and applicable law.
If a paid feature does not work because of a technical issue on our side, contact us at support@createbill.com. We may, at our discretion, provide troubleshooting support, restore access, extend access, provide replacement credits, or take other appropriate action.
We may cancel, suspend, or refuse access to any purchase or account if we believe the payment is unauthorized, fraudulent, disputed, high-risk, or connected to misuse of the Service.
